Its a wet dream.. even if india becomes a muslim majority country, it will become a Shia majority country(indian muslims are mostly shia) but the sunni wahabists across the border can't tolerate shia muslims in power, just like their intolerance towards shia majority iran...

There is a big IF, even for such a scenario. So pakistans dream of annexing muslim india will always be a dream.

The popularity of MIM among Muslims will be a blessing in disguise for both bjp lovers and sickular haters.If most Muslims vote for MIM that will cut a substantial vote bank of sickulars giving bjp a good chance of winning most seats from the places where mim contests.MIM can never become a force to reckon with as it can never cross 5 seats in any state(even in telangana it has only 9 seats which is the highest for them until now and all from hyd).once Muslims move to mim, congress or any sickular party won't have any choice but to depend on Hindu votes.These parties when in power think twice to take any pro Muslim decision which hurts Hindus.To be honest the emergence of such parties only hurt Muslims in the long run.MIM is saying they will field their candidates in Bengal,UP and Karnataka as well.There is a very good chance of Muslims leaning towards MIM in both UP and ktaka.That will be a very good show to watch.

Thats because their not, shias make up at most 30% of indias muslim population. The vast majority are sunnis.

I do not agree with him...Guys ..you might have a different opinion about MIM wrt BJP ...But I am 100% sure...The leader of MIM, i have met with him in a seminar in 2004 in Hyderabad, he is one of very few patriotic Muslim Indian guy i have ever seen....We always here one side of his personality through news channel...But trust me, he is more patriotic and more sensible person than these secular people like Nitish and Lalu...This is my personal observation with direct interaction with him..

MIM is the only party which cares for Muslims. Give them 10 years they will capture 80-90% Muslim vote. 90% Muslim youth support Muslim youth.

I have to disagree with you over here, MIM has been in Hyderabad since half a century and I haven't seen them developing the people except for some tidbits here and there. Barring the older Owaisi, I don't see anyone either sensible or really caring for muslims. During elections they make high pitched emotional speeches and muslim youth get swayed by these....

Dude...every one like to win election..Even our mainstream party say lot of non sense things...These are for domestic audience...to win votes...Do not go by these words..If you listen to him carefully...He is very sincere to the Muslim people cause...He is not like typical Jamaat leaders who just pretend like Muslim cause but do all kinds of nasty things..
