The PKK claims to have downed a Turkish chinook ?

The PKK claims to have downed a Cobra + a Chinook of the turkish armed forces in the Hakari region and have posted a video on youtube.
The authenticity of this video,nor the location or the date can't be confirmed,if someone has more infos,please tell us.
The bad quality of this video makes this helicopter looking like a CH-46 Seaknight.

EDIT : This is finally an old video involving a USMC helicopter during the Iraq war.

Interesting that the video never shows the helicopter crash. Although I doubt it was able to stay airborn for much longer considering it started smoking pretty badly.

If the video is authentic and people died then it is saddening esspecially for family's of the victims. I do remember though that when that unarmed SU-24 was ambushed many Turks on this forum celebrated with glee long after the incident. Carma has a way of biting back 3 fold. A lot of Turkish armor has been destroyed and soldiers have been killed recently as well as the Cobra shoot down.

It certainly does look more like a sea knight with it flaring out in the back like that.

The country you live in sends them to the PYD(PKK affiliate) in Syria and they give it to their comrades the PKK.
They have been doing this for a while now.
