You suggest that Talabanis monkeys are allied to the PMF due to current PMF 'inactivity' in Kerkuk against the talabanis. Perhaps that is because they are busy with the MosulOP and Tal Afar storming preparations. The PMF has clashed before with the Talabanis in Toz Khormato when these Kurds were killing and displacing Turkmens. Turkey was nowhere to the rescue to these Turkmens, I don't remember Erdogan saying a word about it (and these problems in Toz Khormato started in 2015), maybe that is cause they're Shi'ite Turkmen.

There's no PKK on lands controlled by the ISF, there is PKK on lands controlled by he TAF. If anything the barzanis are with them, they shared weapons already and fought together against IS. Most of your Syrian border is held by the PKK/YPG thanks to Erdogan's policies. It could very well be that Erdogan knows his policies cost life's of Turkish soldiers but that could just be something acceptable to him, he has a dream to fulfill, if that costs your life he might be all good with that.

For us the PUK and the KDP are both enemies. The only reason the president was from the PUK is due to the quota which insists that the president should have a Kurdish ethnicity, this quota is abolished by executive powers though that won't go into effect until the next election. Turkey should change its policies if they want to get rid of the Kurdish terror, supporting Barzani against Iraq will only fuel what has been building up for the last years.. which is increased Kurdish control over the region. Just because Barzani dislikes the PUK and PKK doesn't mean he doesn't want to see them burn Turkey.
