Jinnah was opposed to the partition of Punjab and Bengal. In addition, he wanted a corridor of mostly Muslim majority districts in UP and Bihar that would connect the two wings. He also wanted the entirety of JaK, Hyderabad, and Junagadh to accede to Pakistan.
In addition, Assam and Tripura were originally supposed to be part of East Pakistan.
It's no surprise Jinnah called what would eventually become Pakistan(both West and East) a "moth eaten Pakistan."
