It looks a bit like Atlantis and the location is suitable but Egypt should explore building artificial islands on the Red sea and within it's territorial waters with state of the art airports. It will give Egypt more leverage ala China it may sound silly but could be handy and I don't mean as in being assertive like china is in SCS because this is within their territorial maritime borders
