I didn't claim anything but I do agree that China doesn't have much soft power. I always believe that China has higher influence nowadays but I don't believe that China brings more inspirations, which is where the soft power lies.

Don't mistaken influence with inspiration. A rich person has higher influence but not everyone looks up to him. An enlightened monk can inspire many people though he has no money. That is soft power. Of course, materialists would never understand this.

Not really. Wealth can certainly help put on a nice presentation of the culture but it is just the presentation. It may serve as a side evidence of some excellent parts of a culture but it isn't guaranteed. Most people are materialistic for sure. They, like Beast, would naturally flock to the rich. Well, I hope you are getting those KPOP girls. I was Shang Chi at a Halloween party Saturday night that was 60/40 mix between white/asian. Not one asian guy showed up as a KPOP boyband member with makeup and lipstick to impress the large amount of white girls there. Maybe we're foolish not take advantage of this but the fear of being called a fag and a ladyboy was probably greater than the temptation of nabbing a KPOP girl.
