Its been denied for years and all misery sofar is blamed on ISI and Pakistan but all seems different now more and more experts believe that the terrorist organisations are actually homegown, made by Indians for Indians.

The article says is a growing thing. It doesnt mean that all the bomb blasts till date were done by Indians.

The article was written before IM was defaced and it came to known that IM was being operated by Pakistani's.Beside it is indeed unfortunately very easy to decieve poor or extremist muslims in the name of Jihad and the terrorists as well as ISI is using it to their advantage.

Article states the current scenario and you are using it to wash your hands of previous sins.

The writer says clearly 'unlike in the past', so what was the past ? Even then you guys never accepted our view.

And also the security expert says 'ISI would be recruiting Indian muslims' , it still has ISI in it. Probabaly because ISI cant get enough jihadists in Pakistan as they are busy buring your country down.
