If we do not get contract for 500 tanks (5 countries) , and 100 Jf17 (5 countries) then this alliance will not be fruitful

Mini- UN is too far fetched, I would be surprised if its even close to the voice of Amnesty international.

Veto power is vital for UN security council. If America wants UNSC do something against Russian benefits, and Russia don't agree. That will bring in a nuclear war.

UNSC is for those superpowers to discuss something before they start a third world war. That is the reality. Assume OIC want to punish Turkey, who is going to execute that order? In the end, you just gave an empty order, and everyone is laughing at OIC.

A court is nothing without policemen. When Russia and America provide the major police force to UNSC, you simply can't get police force punish them.

There is no punishing of members in the OIC.. here are its goals:
