According to info Aqeel Kareem, son of Hum network, arif habibi owned and ran the project. These was a lake and javaidan cement factory. Of course ppl dont know environmental details. Blame should go to SBCA for giving NOC. Bigger issue, abject neglect and disregard of town planning. Sindh govt to be blamed.
