No No you got it wrong. I was pointing to China. We do do research but also look at our pockets. Our currency reserve is very modest compared to china. Now in the whole world they only can indulge in this kind of development and if you are one of them my advice would be to " Keep it up, spend more, you will soon become the sole super power".
