The last 4 of 84 F-15SA Advanced Eagles on their way to Saudi Arabia

No my friend.. the Saudi pilots are very well trained in the US and Britain.. no need to think otherwise.. Are the US pilots not well trained.. Yemen and Afghanistan have almost the same geography of very mountainous terrain where the rebels hide..

Actually much of it is given by the US armed forces and the Brits too..
Sajood time..
All hail the USA and UK
Kiss kiss kiss..
Ugh

Its RCS is 2M² and with Have Glass V it becomes less than 1 m².. some say max RCS is 4 Square meters..

And In short, because it is almost entirely new aircraf: About 15,000 test points (a very large but significant number) were carried out in cooperation between Boeing and the US Air Force.

The fighter upgrade to the wire control system (FBW) not only added increased suspension points, but also increased the fighter's maneuvering capabilities and increased the angle of attack ..

The combination of the most powerful fighter processor in history and the advanced technology package of radar and sensors, in addition to two aiming helmets that interact with each other, transfer this beast to a completely different level.

The chief test pilot who took part in the test program describes it as "Take it from me, this is not the F-15 of your father".

The F15SA is an impressive beast, especially with that AMRAAM loadout. Does the F16SA get the upgrades to 20k airframe life for the new versions that the F15X has? I guess not, based on the timelines..

I have to disagree with you friend.. because there is the SANG too.. an no one is scared in the leadership.. the army is quiet, you don't hear much about them.. but that does not mean there are inconsistencies or incompetent.. their role is to defend the country and they are very well trained for that ..as well as the SANG who supports them.. They are like the UAE.. but bigger and much more powerful!

There were never mercenaries in Yemen.. only The Yemenis faithful to to the government and the Arab coalition supporting them.. against the Houthi rebels backed by Iran..

Asking for support from allies is more of a political thing than military per se.. Even the US asks for that kind of support when going in a conflict.. can you imagine!

Here is a gift for you..

A few pictures doesn't really prove anything.

It's clear we both disagree on this issue, so let's just move on.

The one correction I will make is that there actually were a lot of mercs in Yemen, in particular Columbian and Australian, with the Columbians worked for the UAE, and the Australians worked for the Saudis. This has been extensively documented, and isn't all that controversial.

.
Great stuff. Congrats Saudi Arabia.

When will Saudis and Emiratis as team attack another Muslim country? These rich Arabs only ally against Muslims. They shake hands with our enemies and derive such benefits by betraying.

If you have these weapons and threat of the use of such advanced weapons could help Palestinians breathe. If your advanced weapons and training was not used to kill Yemenis. But that morality, that principle to stand with the weak has long evaporated. Now its self interest. The type dictated by aligning with the enemies.

In the Middle East, the two most well equipped countries are UAE and Saudis. But just look at their abject failures that even when in alliance, they cant win a war!

Saudis and Emiratis combined to defend Khalifa Haftar, the renegade warlord against UN recognized GNA government. The GNA government was supported by Turkey. The Saudi alliance could not win. These two again combined their forces in Yemen. War is still going on in Yemen with no decisive victory for this alliance.

Now Saudis and Emiratis are bowing at the temple of Israel, diplomatically. It shows how weak these countries are that despite having so much money and weapons at their disposal, they still feel insecure.

This is far from the truth..

- The Houthi militia attacked Saudi Arabia..and that war started..keep in mind this is a war against a Militia not against Yemen..

- Look at Libya now..Turkey is out.. and There is peace..

400 mercenaries to be exact.. they were security guards for the UAE military camps.. after betrayals by Qatar and some Yemenis..

Betrayal by Qatar? What?

Also, there were FAAAAR more than 400, and were not mere security guards, that's just what we've been told. These mercs were used in ground operations, which the Arab coalition desperately needed to do, which is why these mercs were called in the first place.

You don't hire a large, highly trained, and highly experienced mercenary force, and have them just be guards, that's beyond unbelievable, and is an extreme waste of money.

It's clear we aren't gonna agree on this either, so let's just move on.

I still don't understand why KSA is obsessed with buying the latest and greatest military hardware, but then not giving proper training to its armed forces.

All that $$$ spent on their military prowess and they still get spanked by teenage rebels in sandals.

It's a impressive aircrafts. I like the pics but do the Saudis actually need all of these fighters??

Their current enemies don't have any air forces...

It only shows your ignorance. Those teenage rebels in sandals as you stupidly describe them have all the weapons of the Yemeni Republican guard and army. They have heavy artillery, drones, cruise missiles and tactical ballistic missiles, tanks and hundreds of thousands of soldiers with the support of Iran and Hezbollah in a terrain the size of Iraq and Syria combined with a geography similar to mountainous areas of Afghanistan.

You might have over exaggerated the "support" but my point still stands. Spending $$$ does not equal a win in the battlefield. And a win in the battlefield is what counts.

Really, do you know how many cargo ships full of weapons coming from Iran have been confiscated which means there are a lot more that have gone through? The US spends 700 Billion USD on its military budget and yet they have failed against the much weaker Taliban and the same goes for Pakistan. Although the Taliban have only a fraction of the weapons available to the Houthis.

It looks like Israel isn’t the only one that gets lots of goodies :crazy_pilot:
