I don't think so. They almost introduced a system here, which was prevalent in UK. I believe that access and exposure of the common educated people to the history and past culture and civilization, of India, and then its misinterpretation and misrepresentation, whether inadvertent or intentional, lead to the phenomenon, to which I alluded.

I have not fully understood your question. Perhaps, by young, you are implying educated. In any case, I believe that RSS or similar groups have their basis, in a very peculiar interpretation of the history, factual or fabricated, of Hindu culture and civilization, with particular reference to its interaction and/or conflict with the Muslims. In this regard, overemphasis of Hinduism on geographical, ancestral and genealogical aspects and relationships of human beings, in contrast with their individual characters and attributes, has played a large role. By these transports, spatial as well as temporal, you can easily create imaginary friends and foes.

As for Tablighi Jamaat, as far as I know, it has hardly any political agenda, so cannot be compared with RSS. I don't have statistics available; but I think that it has all types and sections of people in it, young to old, educated to uneducated, rich to poor etc. etc.

But the point remains. A country that has allocated 686 billion dollars as its military ( "defense" ) budget for 2019, does not have the money and resources, or will not spend, to give homeless people a basic necessity in life - homes.

In India, the Tableeghi Jamaat has made inroads into educational institutions and white-collar professions. The TJ brainwashes people. One example result is the indirect creation of the National Thowheed Jamath which was behind the bombings in Sri Lanka earlier this year. The TJ is not so innocent.
