The Greatest Threat to Pakistan The Indian Navy

IN is a big threat to Pakistan but not greatest and IN knows that if they crossed the threshold they will be facing nukes.

PN is weak but in its resources it is getting all stuff to make sure it keep area denial capability against IN which will not allow them to achieve their goals.

you are not even close.... IN is not going to invade Pakistan... they're only going to burn Karachi port once again and set up a blockade... so keep your nuclear threshold stuff with you.. i don't blame you after all you're a Pakistani, the first think that comes into your mind is Nukes :lol:

what resources are you talking about... from PN' inventory only subs are worth mentioning.. and in future the silent scorpions and nuck attack subs along with P-8I and Komorta class corvettes will keep them where they suppose to be..

as for Air denial capability of PN or PAF sending its fighter to secure is not going to help at all. IAF will keep PAF busy from all the angles.. and please don't bring JF here they're no match for MKIs or Mig-29k

 ..... as if we have no weapons and ABMs.
when the time comes everything will fail my friend , most of the time imported stuff do not work for long time they get rusty like most of your tanks

with all due respects, Indian Navy is more focussed on containing and cornering the blue waters of the Indian Ocea from the ever growing presence of the Chinese. In that context, India has a lot of catching up.
It will bode well for you to stop looking at Pakistan and start looking at China and see where and how to bridge the gaps. And please do not be in the illusion that you can bridge the gap anytime soon (atleast 40 years of concentrated economic recovery and growth).
FInally, the greatest threat to Pakistan is India's containment and friendly relationship with China and KSA. these two on India's page can seriously put Pakistan on the backfoot in most international fora.

that is not gonna happen my friend ... the relation would grow more every single day .

Probably the strongest and most indengious service of the three arms of the indian military

In a decade the IN will be a truly devastating force for any nation to have to deal with, right now? Not so much.

And anyway, the greatest threat to Pakistan is in no way Indian-based, we all know that.A very stupid title @Storm Force bro

Dear then send your IN after 2018, PN & PAF shares assets and work in NCW environment and you think your IN's few Mig-29Ks can avoid MR & LR (SPADA, LY-80E, HQ-9) SAMs installed at key locations with Radar and IR guided SR SAMs and guns?? not to forget that AWACS, P-3s and other systems will be looking for IN assets too.

Most Indians live in dream that only IN will be expanding as per their doctrine other Navies in the region are sleeping. Good for others :D

You have just described the indian and Pakistani military's

Indian military mouths off about Kaveri, Tejas, Raphael, Arjunk with indian loud mouths pronouncing that they will induct thousands next day, next month, next year

Then you have the Pakistani military who keeps its cards close to its chest mentions only what it has to and then suddenly supporters, friends and enemies find out a new system has been inducted or even been deployed for years or EVEN being kept at secret locations for use and suprise during war time

when the time comes everything will fail my friend , most of the time imported stuff do not work for long time they get rusty like most of your tanks

As long as there is spirit to fight and win, those short falls are a temporary blockages if India is attacked !

yup and in 10 years only indian navy would grow the rest would be in deep sleep .... Great analysis .
When the IN enjoys by FAR the largest CAPEX-OPEX ratio of all the Indian services, is enjoying a greater CAPEX year on year (equivalent to the entire Pakistan military's CAPEX for comparison's sake) and with India being the fastest growing economy in the world for the foreseeable future I think this is a pretty accurate assessment. The PN's CAPEX is frankly pitiful (about what India's BSF annual budget is) and the gap is only going to increase to the IN because of the Army-dominace in the military.

Rest of the world Navy will not sleep but pakistan navy will have to sleep as lack of budget

We have been hearing this 10 year nonsense for ages

In 1985 they told us in 10 years india will have indigenous Tejas flying with a indigenous kaveri engine with thousands of indigenous Arjun tanks

How did that work out

Excuse me if Pakistanis ignore your 10 year mighty predictions

Pakistan will plan and grow we will face any enemy and induct anything we need to destroy india, watch this space
