India built forward outposts in overlapping LAC in Chumar, Ladakh. In June 2012, Indian border patrol ambushed and arrested two Chinese revenue officers. China lodged an official protest but India ignored us.
In response, China choose to counter-attack by building a forward output at Daulat Beg Oldi, at the furthest point of China's perceived LAC, where the terrain and infrastructure favored China because China can deploy mechanized armor but India relies on helicopters to supply food to its soldiers. China's condition for withdrawing the outpost is that India dismantles its outpost at Chumar. The Indian media went crazy, forcing GOI into a corner where it is forced to hand over decision-making authority to the army.
In mid-February 2013, the Indian Army Chief visited Japan.
It is clear now that the stand-off between China and India was plotted by USA and Japan. Recently, Japan failed to gain an advantage over China in the Diaoyu Island conflict, especially when the Japanese coast guard tried to escort 80 Japanese nationalists to land on the island but Chinese coast guard, protected by 40 PLAAF fighter jets, stopped them. Then USA and Japan plotted to let India become the front-line of the war against China so India can absorb most of the damage.
Now the following will happen:
- Khurshid will call off his trip to Beijing, because Indian popular sentiment forced GOI into a corner where it must demand China dismantle its forward outpost without any conditions.
- Li Keqiang's trip to Delhi will also be canceled.
- Indian Army will open up pressure points all along the LAC including the Eastern sector. Both sides will open fire.
- PLA will counter-attack and smash the Indian Army badly.
- USA will launch deep strikes against PLA's supply lines with B-2 from their airbases in Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, trying to turn the tide of the war against China.
- Japan, together with USN, will try to bottle up PLAN and impose a blockade on Chinese shipping in the East China Sea and South China Sea.
It is clear that China will need to destroy the USA presence in Central Asia at the same time as smashing the Indian Army. The following countermeasures will be necessary:
- Forward deploy PLA on the Kyrgyz border. When USA enters the war, roll over the Kyrgyzstan airbases.
- Deliver MANPADS and other infantry weapons to the Taliban so they can liberate their country from USA occupation.
- Urge Pakistan to close transit routes to Afghanistan and arm militants to strike back against USA forces in Afghanistan.
- Launch airstrikes on USA airbases in Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
- Deliver the knock-out blow to India very quickly in the form of direct strikes on government buildings in New Delhi.
