I agree with the analysis and suggestions both of you and rest of the contributors are putting in, despite having a positive view on everything in life, despite being optimist about the future of Pakistan I do not find that positive energy these days. To me rectification of any problem starts with the acknowledgement of the that fact "yes there is a problem" and that my friends requires two things an analytical mind and professional competence.

What FATF is asking Pakistan to do, do you think it it is unreasonable, no it is not, due to incompetence of regulators (read bureaucracy), politicians we have reached the end of the road.

Everyone says corruption is wrong, but it comes to ourselves we don't acknowledge this is corruption a street vendor is doing corruption by putting best quality fruit to show and third rated quality to sell, a motorbiker while jumping red light thinks it normal not it is not it is corruption, a whole sale dealer would put colored sawdust in chilli powder and give 100 ruppees of sadqa, I could go on forever.

Like I told my wife long time ago "there is lot of education in pakistan, but there is no grooming, no character development that my dear you will have to take care of" so probably we need to think if we are producing a characterless tribal society (not nation) isn't it time we should start thinking probably we are not producing those mothers who would groom and character build the children. Unfortunately not many recognize and acknowledge this, and I am sure few would jump the gun and challenge my opinion but thats alright.

For the last 1 year and change I know for sure that billions of rupees of individual investors are being destroyed in the stock market, 21 people to be specific are responsible, everyone knows it and yet no one want to meddle in the matters of these big fish. These are Pakistanis whose wealth is being destroyed by these sick bas**** for their own selfish greed. Regulators know it and dont know it, NAB knows it and dont it, Secret agencies know it and dont know it, govt I dont know...

You are right. A doctor friend of mine was part of the board, which examined him first time in jail, about 4 months ago. Mian told them that he eats 2 desi eggs in breakfast, with other things. Then there is evening meal, which daily comes from home.
