But to India, it's the best in the world. How is it the best if Russia won't even use it. I don't think any Indian who claim Brahmos is the best think it through.

Russia has been talking about deploying Brahmos. I'll believe it when I see it. The reality is that they say that just to stop India from harassing them about buying Brahmos.

Actually Russia has placed an order for BrahMod they would have inducted them sooner but unfortunately low budgets meant they did not induct any newer frigates for some time.

We are in no hurry to rush Nirbhay

But the actions of DRDO tell some other story as the said missile had been tested quite many times at short interval of times and was even tested when it was having so glaring known issues that even general public knew about it. And even at that time I asked that:

"Whats the hurry bdw....This question was tingling in my mind and then i found the answer..."

It is still a million dollar question why is this missile being tested when all its sub-systems are not properly validated for such tests. “Some of the top scientists are taking such decisions at the cost of public money to further their career,” claimed a defence official on condition of anonymity.

Unlike our Indian counterparts, when we undertake a task.. we see it through to the end and by the grace of Allah we don't require a couple of decades, because failure is not an Option. Jf17, nuclear tech, missile tech, al Khalids, UcAvs. We have countless success stories to talk about.
