What's new

The establishment will decide the final fate

The whole agenda behind this is establishment want to weaken NS so they get more control of things.
Long march is complete failure as IK failed to gather large crowd and running again and again towards Bani Gala to get instructions from ex spy master. :D They can left with the option of ''Violence''.
I said it weeks ago that you can have people with for a day, but not for a week or beyond. Imran khan's only option would be a violent clash going out of control. But TuQ has more chances of successful execution of that option because his followers are truly expendables in nature.

Establishment already in sides with nawaz shareef since 1988.

I dont know which Pakistan are you talking about, but in the Pakistan I know establishment is against any political govt, they will create problems for any govt

Who the hell is the establishment? Its like that secret company that everyone refers to as the company behind the scenes

Another piece on the current situation from Javed Chaudry. Says, absence of corruption and better performance in current tenure is acting as a shield against the intensions of army. Plus TuQ and IK don't suit Establishment's mindset. Reiterates that the real issue is that of Pervaiz Musharraf.

These are the "angels" who can do no wrong and are above all accountability. They control defense and foreign policy and much else besides. They are the real power.

The power game can take any turn, in 1990 when the establishment had decided to sack the BB government, Jatoi was decided to be the PM and a rally was held in Punjab and the participants of the rally start chanting PM NS and the whole power game turned around and the establishment decided as NS has a very big mob lets go with him and thus in 1990 NS was first time made PM.

Again, this time a big power game is going on. Definitely NS is also playing his cards very carefully. Initially NS was not ready to allow the rally to go to Islamabad, but the establishment forced him to do that.

NS is using media channels and some of the prominent anchor persons who are bashing IK without any break.

Small parties like JI & MQM can turn around the tables they are in the bargaining mode with both IK & NS. Let's see where they are gonna stand with.

At the moment, both IK & NS are using all their cards let's see who has the winning cards.

I said it weeks ago that you can have people with for a day, but not for a week or beyond. Imran khan's only option would be a violent clash going out of control. But TuQ has more chances of successful execution of that option because his followers are truly expendables in nature.

All the participants of both rallies are paid participants they are not the followers.

The participants come to these rallies for money and meals. You could see people have brought their whole families to this rally.More members more money.

When I see poor people just for a few bucks they have brought their whole families to these rallies, it breaks my heart. These people don't have any skills to make money. Now they are using their bodies for money just like professional blood donors who sell their blood for money. This is very pathetic.

In the present world establishments are the one who is controlling the governments. Starting from the U.S. all the way to Pakistan establishments have their hold on the government and they are implementing the greater world order.

In the U.S no government can take any global actions without the approval of the security council.

In the modern politics, politicians are puppets.

If Nawaz Sharif will lose this power game all his followers will also leave him this time. I would say NS & IK are playing a very important innings. Both have their political careers at stake.

All of us are waiting to see how this power game unrolls.

IK & NS are throwing their ball in the court of the army.

There is one theory Nusrat Javed has on one of the probable scenarios

According to him, Governor Punjab has been playing a mysterious role and may very well turn out to be a mole in PML-N
Stop making blind shots.

Establishment won't have any say, they got a guarantee out of govt that no violence, same from PTI and PAT.

Guarantee held out and now nothing much will happen IMO, unless PTI resorts to any last ditch measures.

11:45 am | 'No coup'

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been assured by military that there will be no coup, but in return he must “share space with the army”, according to a government source who was privy to recent talks between the two sides.

Last week, Sharif dispatched two emissaries to consult with the army chief. He wanted to know if the military was quietly engineering the twin protest movements by Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri, or if, perhaps, it was preparing to stage a coup.

According to a government insider with a first-hand account of the meeting, Sharif's envoys returned with good news and bad: there will be no coup but if he wants his government to survive, from now on it will have to share space with the army.

3:15pm | PTI agrees to talks with govt
PTI's Shah Mehmood Qureshi told Dawn News that PTI had agreed to negotiate with the government.

"We discussed amongst ourselves that if it comes to talks what our position will be... The aim is to come out of this deadlock. We wish that the govt had seriously considered our demands," he said.

"Our strategy is clear, we want to strengthen democracy and not derail it as opposed to the impression that is being given."

"Our line is clear — we want to remain peaceful," he said.

Neither IK nor YUQ want any violent clash than the whole bargain game will slip out of their hands.

Both of them more political space. Lets see, now the ball is in the establishment court, who is gonna be the winner.
