Seriously doubt this. After all the Egyptians did to take Sinai back from the Israelis, I doubt they will be giving it to anyone any time soon. Just the thought of that small frankly insignificant island being given to Saudia Arabia a couple of months created a shi*storm in Cairo. You live in good terms because of US funding. Cut the foreign money and you see all Israeli citizens escaping back from were they came from(Poland, Russia, Ukraine etc). I can live a quite rich life too(with foreign money)

Israel gdp is around 300 billion USD.

It's a military aid, which means it goes to the army, not to the citizens of Israel.
Again, instead of 20 billion USD defense budget Israel would have 16 billion USD. by no means would make Yemen like Israel.
