PAF commanded air superiority on skies and on ground, Indian army chief and operations centers were on target... there was chaos among Indian ranks from beginning of war, they started to shoot their own assets and Kashmiris came out to do their share. There air borne and ground radars were not functioning and neither their a/c were able to fire a single missile.
This situation was clear to all and more so to Indians. At this moment Imran Khan surfaced with news that India is preparing for counter attack... as consequence a delegation of cowards and donkeys approached opposition parties and rest is history.
However India did killed thousands of Kashmiris (may be those were not civilians for u) in followup to the one way peace gesture by Pakistan's ruling clergy.
India aswell unilaterally declared disputed territories as it's own, added Gilgit to its claim and permanently annexed occupied Kashmiri territories.... all this would have been saved if Imran Khan wasn't holding permission to fire... BTW, Imran Khan is on record stating that he will control all wars not army chief, when he become PM of Pakistan. He stated this while sitting in India.

Now, all what i stated above is not hypothesis like you made... it's reality and facts.
