What best could US do is let WHO to investigate and collect the local samples in its soil to clear his name if they are truly innocent (Nothing to hide). Of course this also apply to China too if China want to find out the truth. What makes me suspect the US the most is the reaction of the US that keeps hiding, classifying information and name-blaming instead of providing transparency and evidences to prove his innocent.

Good question, but how can USA own the destruction of trillions of dollar economy, thousands of deaths, and devastation all over the world. Don't they call such people terrorists who do things like these? Accepting their own mistake which could lead them to trillion-dollar compensation claims and thousands of lives of friends and foe alike, is hard. It is understandable.

And since USA owns the disinformation machine, why should they accept something which they could avoid using the power of media and control over global communications?
