Few months back there was going to be a seminar of Ahmedis in India and it had to be cancelled due to protests of other muslim groups, who objected for Ahmedis calling themselves muslim and the stupid state government gave in to the demands of the hooligans .

Pakistan today is nothing that Jinnah envisioned for us. Sad fact is, if a dog dies in Pakistan it will get more sympathy than a human being of 'unwanted' sect or religion. We can't hide from facts. We have become Arab republic of Camelistan. God save the Arabs.

Interesting point that Pakistani constitution is still secular; it guarantees religious freedom for all, and laws made on religious grounds are actually in violation of the constitution. Very interesting.

I am not an Ahmedi but I don't want an Ahmedi to come here and feel he is unwanted. There should be no hatred and I believe it is a duty for us Pakistanis to attract minorities onto this forum.
@turbo charged this isn't a site for discussion on religious beliefs. We know after the Ahmedi come the Christians, Hindus then Shias and after that Sunnis... and its happening right now with the Taliban. The intolerance people like you exhibit is the main reason for the downfall of Muslims worldwide. From the people among whom men like Averoes, Pir Roshan took birth-how have we become fanatics and terrorists? One of our scholar's Ibn Rushd is the father of modern day secularism which the west now practices. But we are only concerned about proving the other sect heretical.

Even today it is a shame that men like Abd Al Raziq are stripped of their positions upon speaking the truth.

Let us look into your rubbish claims. You say the Ahmedi's are non-muslims and claim an extra prophet which gives us a right to kill them. Now think of this, what if the Christians and Jews start thinking like this and saying you have an extra prophet so we have a right to murder you with impunity? It is their choice what they do-nothing to do with us. I feel honour-bound to be in a Nation where heroes like Zafarullah Khan and Abdus Salaam were born.

Down with Wahabism and the Taliban and on to progress.

Everybody knows about the statements of Mirza Ghulam and his hate for some people and also everybody regards them as Non-Muslim.

But that is not the topic here. The topic is the persecution of a minority, whichever sect they belong to. The ills and goods of the minority are not being taken into consideration here, but the fact that they are being targeted. Shias, Ahmedis, etc etc.

So kindly refrain. This would take the thread off topic into the ills of Qadianis.
