2. Emphasis on state rather than individual
China is built on a very nationalistic foundation. The people of China believe that the interests of the state is a bigger priority than individual interests. This makes the people work in order to develop their country than emphasize on developing themselves. Their belief is that if they improve their country, then the state will be in a position to uplift them and in the process will be able to lead a much more comfortable and rewarding life.
3. The Chinese attitude
The average Chinese person is extremely hardworking, competitive and make excellent team players. They are very passionate and dedicated to their work. This contributes highly to their productivity and that is a highly contributing factor to their progressive path.
4. Limited political hassle
In China, there is a single party ruling the entire country. The Party is the Communist Party of China. It is a one-party rule. This means that there is no hassle of elections, policy change or any other political factor.
5. The Chinese openness to Change
The Chinese revolutionize themselves literally everyday. Everyday, there are reforms in China. And these reforms are tailor-made to suit the changing needs of the time. For example, even though China is a communist country, the Chinese reformed their economy to be liberal and the change in policy which was introduced almost 20 years ago has worked wonders for the Chinese economy and put China on the map as the 2nd largest economy in the world. The Chinese plan out their changes well and incorporate them completely.
When you combine all these factors, you get country and a society which is progressive and hungry for success. This hunger is the driving force and the success story of China.
