Somehow I feel the less than astute hot blooded on both sides assume that in an actual all out conflict(very unlikely) there will be structured warfarw when very likely it will be both throwing everything they have at each other using plans that haven’t changed at all as such. At the end it will depend upon readiness and training more than anything else.

A possible hypothesis for the visit could be to request a deepening or actuvation of certain diplomats in a Pakistani mission overseas where perhaps a Air Attache may not be present.

@Oscar Leonardo's CEO visited Pakistan with an 8-person delegation, spoke to the Foreign Minister yesterday. Interesting that the ACM spoke to the FM beforehand.
