At 12:12 on December 7, the Ceres-1 Yao-2 carrier rocket was successfully launched from my country’s Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. Five small satellites including Bauhinia-1 and 03 satellites were successfully sent into the scheduled orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.

Yes it's a solid propellant LV. The company, founded in 2018, has another work-in-progress reusable LV called Pallas-1 which uses liquid propellant.
