I hav seen this bus myself when I was in London back in 2008 ... It was parked in front of a restaurant in Southall London.

Anyways, there is a W11 themed tram that runs in Melbourne.

i sat in the w 11, it was an experience. their were noor jahan songs being blasted in the back ground and their was a makrani guy dancing in the aisle and he was in ur face. the aussies were enjoying it like any thing and we had a good laugh.
will post pics later.
what i have been told about the reason for this tram was that the last conductors their were quite a few from karachi, Pakistan. this was to honor their services and hence they were asked to bring in truck art artists from Pakistan to decorate this tram. as i have been told w-11 is a very fawous route that the mini buses run on, so the tram is also w 11.
they have done an excellent job inside ooutside and any mini bus in Pakistan would be proud and were proud of Pakistan
