Are you serious?

That is a foolish judgement.

It's true for a fair few of them. Many of their soldiers are unfit, poorly trained, and their generals are abysmal. The only exceptions are Egypt and Syria but the latter is in a horrible civil war and poorly equipped.

Iraq was a formidable military power, one of the strongest in the world for the period (1988 - 1991). Israel perceived Iraq as the greatest threat to its existence in the Middle East since 1970s. Even in the absence of Saddam Hussein, a number of powerful militant factions have emerged in Iraq to fill the vaccum. ISIS movement started in Iraq and managed to occupy a large portion of territory in Iraq and Syria in a short span of time, routing regional forces in the process.

Yemen houthi are very good.

Even Kuwaiti fought bravely during war with Iraq.

Saudi Arabia has considerably improved in the 21st century.

Iraq doesn't count because that was the past. I'm talking about the situation currently.

Militants don't count, I'm referring to actual military's.

Kuwait is still small and weak militarily. Maybe if their forces were bigger the story would be different.

No, Saudi Arabia's military is still weak.
