dude @least 5 of the 11 CBG groups of USN are in Asia , the USN by far is the strongest navy in Asia with out a doubt.
China , India & Russia combined have 4 CBG's in Asia , the US alone has 5 or probably more ! plus the USN has numerous bases like Diego Garcia , bases in the Pacific Australasia , Japan , South Korea, Philippine's , Gulf etc.

5 CBGs would be about the limit for the USN under normal circumstances. You could transfer one or two others from other fleets, but it would take some time. Even the "5" is including eastern Pacific forces. 4 of the CBGs in the Pacific are based on the west coast of the mainland, so they are not normally in a deployed state off the coast of east Asia. Under surprise conditions, there would only be the one CBG based in Japan available, and perhaps one more in a deployed state at that time. The others would be a week or two away.

On the other hand, US CBGs are more capable than any other, because the carriers are closing on twice the size of anyone else's, with heavier air wings to go with them.
