مشاركة 17 دولة عربية القوات المسلحة تستضيف الدورة الرابعة والعشرين للجمعية العمومية للإتحاد العربي للمحاربين القدماء وضحايا الحرب .

- تحت شعار " تأييد ونصرة مصر " انعقدت الجمعية العمومية للإتحاد العربى للمحاربين القدماء وضحايا الحرب فى دورتها الرابعة والعشرين والتى تستضيفها مصر خلال الفترة من [ 1 – 7 فبراير الجارى ] بمشاركة وفود من 17 دولة عربية شقيقة وبحضور السيناتور / عبد الحميد حامد رئيس الفيدرالية العالمية للمحاربين القدماء كضيف شرف الدورة ، والدكتور / سامى كاشور نائباً عن الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية .
- بدأت الجلسة الإفتتاحية بكلمة للمشير / عبد الفتاح السيسى النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء والقائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى القاها اللواء أ ح / نبيل الخميسى مدير جمعية المحاربين القدماء المصرية قدم فيها الترحيب بالوفود المشاركة من الدول العربية الشقيقة على أرض مصر التى طالما جاهدت من أجل نصرة قضايا أمتها ، والحفاظ على وحدة الصف العربى .
- مؤكداً أن إنعقاد هذة الدورة وسط خضم الأحداث على الساحتين المحلية والإقليمية يعطى دلالة واضحة على أن شرف العسكرية العربية مصان ، وأن القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية والوطنية التى تتبعها الجيوش العربية هى ثوابت راسخة ومحصنة بما يقدمه أبنائها من تضحيات من أجل مستقبل أفضل لوطننا العربى .
- ويشمل جدول أعمال الدورة العديد من الجلسات لعرض إنجازات الجمعيات والمنظمات التابعة للإتحاد العربى وتحديد آليات للتعاون والعمل المشترك للإرتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للمحاربين القدماء وضحايا الحروب والعمليات العسكرية وأسرهم .
- وأكد اللواء أح / أمين حسين رئيس الإتحاد العربى للمحاربين القدماء ورئيس الدورة الحالية على أهمية التنسيق وتبادل الرؤى بين الجمعيات العربية والفيدرالية العالمية للمحاربين القدماء من أجل الإرتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لقدامى المحاربين ومصابى العمليات وأسر الشهداء عرفانا بما قدموة من تضحيات وبطولات من أجل نصرة أوطانهم .




Participation of 17 Arab countries, the armed forces will host twenty-fourth session of the General Assembly of the Arab Federation for veterans and victims of war

- اختتمت فعاليات الدورة الرابعة والعشرين للجمعية العمومية للإتحاد العربى للمحاربين القدماء وضحايا الحرب والتى استضافتها مصر وشاركت بها وفود من [18] دولة عربية و[23] منظمة عربية ودولية للمحاربين القدماء بالإضافة إلى إنضمام دولة موريتانيا بصفة مراقب .
- وقد تضمن جدول أعمال الدورة العديد من الجلسات مناقشة إنجازات الجمعيات والمنظمات التابعة للإتحاد العربى ووضع اليات للتعاون والعمل المشترك للإرتقاء بالخدمات الإجتماعية والإنسانية المقدمة للمحاربين القدماء والمقاومين والمجاهدين وضحايا الحروب ومصابى العمليات العسكرية بالهيئات التابعة للإتحاد .
- وشهدت الجلسة الختامية للمؤتمر تكريم اسم الشهيد الرئيس / ياسر عرفات رئيس دولة فلسطين السابق ومنحة الوسام الشرفى للإتحاد العربى ، ومنح لقب الأم المثالية للإتحاد العربى للسيدة / بتول عبد الفراج من دولة السودان ، ومنح السيدة مد لله سليمان جبر من فلسطين لقب الأم المثالية الفلسطينية من رابطة مقاتلى الثورة .
- وقد خرجت الدورة الرابعة والعشرين بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها دعوة كافة المؤسسات العربية بإتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لمجابهة حملات التضليل ضد الوطن العربى وعمليات التشويه للحضارة العربية والإسلامية ، وتوجيه دعوة لجامعة الدول العربية لإستحداث صندوق عربى لدعم مساعى ومبادرات حماية تراث المقاومة وقدامى المحاربين ، والمطالبة بوضع قضايا ومصالح المقاومين والمحاربين القدماء فى صلب إهتمامات السياسات وصناع القرار بكافة أرجاء الوطن العربى ، ودعوة كافة المنظمات الأعضاء بالإتحاد غير المنضمين لإتفاقية اليونسكو لسنة 2003 والمتعلقة بالحفاظ على التراث الثقافى والإنسانى للإنضمام اليها .
- ووجهت الجمعية العمومية الشكر للمشير / عبد الفتاح السيسى النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء والقائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى ومنحته وسام الشرف للإتحاد العربى على ما يقدمه من دعم مادى ومعنوى للإتحاد من أجل الإرتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لاعضائه ، واشادوا بجهود القوات المسلحة المصرية فى تنظيم وإستضافة الدورة الرابعة والعشرين وتوفير كافة الإمكانات لإنجاحها ، كما قدموا الشكر للسيد نبيل العربى الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية على جهوده فى دعم ركائز التعاون والعمل العربى المشترك .
- وفى نهاية الجلسة تم الإتفاق على عقد الجمعية العمومية فى دورتها القادمة - الخامسة والعشرين بالمملكة المغربية تحت رعاية المندوبية السامية لقدامى المقاومين وأعضاء جيش التحرير بالمغرب .
