Pakistanis are avid supporters of the Taliban. Pakistan will more than likely become a breeding ground for terrorists after US withdrawal from Afghanistan (even more so than it is now). It is in India's best interest to bring economic growth and prosperity to Kashmir asap in order to dissuade the local populace from falling prey to the Taliban.

Unfortunately, I don't think GoI is doing enough atm.

Not sure if any has observed it, but i have mentioned in my earlier post about the importance of stable and successful Pakistan for India...And one of the reaso n why we should be thankful is due to buffer zone betwewn India and Afganistan..
