Looks like a AESA radar display model (side cut out & transparent cover) , whatever it is we'll soon find out in IDEF'17..

It's definitely not a parabolic dish since it isn't parabolic, it's a phased array, probably AESA. Also, Korkut doesn't have an illumination radar, only fire control radar (on the SPAAG vehicle that is). This radar is also too big to be the radar on the Korkut SPAAG. The size is right for a jet fighter AESA radar. The plastic is probably just protection for display purposes.
