no Pakistan buying a fifth gen platform or any other platform right now is highly unlikely
right now Pakistan airforce is working on JF-17 BLK 3 and MLU of f-16s combined with a handsome number of AWACS they should take us into 2025 when Pakistan will actually need 5th gen Platform
but even then going for TFX is unlikely as china's J-31 will also be in race
japan might want to sell their 5th gen platform to counter chinese effect and south korean platform will also be out
so Pakistan will have plenty of choices to consider by then

well no offence but kazakh air force is a little limited
do kazakhastan actually have a conflict or dispute with anyone? @Kazakh soldier

No we don't but we have a serious air force and a good number of combat aircraft Kazakhstan currently fields

-4 SU-30SMs (24 to be procured)

We have an AAM Project which name is GÖKTUĞ. The project started 6-7 years ago.
