since hürjet is no big deal and cannot considered as threat.. I think american engines are no problem to get..

Probably Ukrainian Ivchenko-Progress AI-222

Yak130 / L-15 uses double AI-222, Hürjet has single engine so it won't use AI-222 for sure.

AI-222 gives 9.200 lbf max thrust with afterburning, so double AI-222 gives nearly 19k-20k max thrust with afterburning.

According to TAI website, TFX will use 2x20.000lbf engines. So one single engine of TF-X engine would be enough to power Hürjet, and that would be better logistically.

My God, its a thing of beuty.
Its quite remarkable how fast TAI (and many other turkish defence companies) are improving their capabilities and making products on par with more established western counterprts or in some cases superseding them. Overal gap is becoming smaller and smaller as time goes by.
