Ahem, there you go @Sher Malang -- I didn't coin the term butcher -- it seems to be a term of art.

Article here, excerpts below:

“There is a limit to the patience of the people,” the wise and wizened Berhanuddin Rabanni told me back in the spring of 2010, during a conversation at his massively fortified compound in Kabul. The former Afghan president was talking about the absurd expectations involved in U.S. President Barack Obama’s plans to wash America’s hands of Afghanistan by forcing Afghans to reconcile with the Taliban. “Beyond that limit, no one can be patient anymore.”

I know, I said you always talk about things exactly which the mass media does; but many many times things are totally different here.

Lets see how a butcher will be rewarded an exclusion from the UN's blacklist by the UN itself.

Because the media NYT comprises of educated journalists -- they don't use the stars or orbs to predict the future.

I challenged you to prove where Afghan doctors were trained -- you response was that there are some speciality hospitals.

Common sense and simple arithmetic trumps superstition.

What's your own thoughts about him ?

I challenge you or any other Afghan to prove:

1. Pakistan made money of of Afghan refugees -- quite to the contrary I've shown that the poor Pakistanis lost their shirts feeding your ungrateful nation.

2. I challenge you to prove that Afghan doctors can be trained inside Afghanistan given the current medical facilities -- again no concrete answers ... just some hand waving.

What's your own thoughts about him ?

Definitely butcher like all the rest of em: Dostum, Najibullah, Tarki, Karmal, Masood, Rabbani, ...

Bro everyone else in NUG is saint compared to Dostum and Junbish e Milli henchmen in kabul. If Dostum is in Government the person who killed countless Afghanis while serving soviets and killed many more after there departure then everyone from Taliban to warlords, drug traffickers and child molester have right to be part of NUG.

If your people and govt steals from its own citizens, what makes you think they won't steal from refugee donations? Refugees that don't have a voice in a foreign land...

"In Pakistan, for example, roughly 23,000 Afghan refugees have died each year, though the Pakistani government registers only nine deaths total since 2008, says Gene Aloise, the deputy inspector general for the SIGAR office."

As for doctors being trained inside Afghanistan...

"There are four medical schools, in Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar-I-Sharif, and Herat. The school in Kabul, the Kabul Medical Institute has continued to produce medical graduates throughout the period of conflict and currently has over 2000 students registered for medical degrees."

I lost the link to the quote above but many international organizations provide training to these future doctors.

Pakistan as a nation might not have made money. But elite and army establishment milked the Afghan cow while it lasted

Wrong -- the opportunity cost for Pakistan has been staggering.

Had the Afghan war not happened ... Pakistan would have been Malaysia ... there would have been 20 billionaires in Pakistan.

we can game what if scenarios all day. until pakistani establishment takes its eyes off fighting India and start focus on internal economy it is not happening

malaysia is rich in natural resources, good relations with all neighbors & USA and 30% ethnic Chinese minority. pakistan had none of those.

True -- a negotiated peace with India will allow a dysfunctional Pakistan to rapidly develop.
One possibility (not popular) but proposed by scholars is:
1. Kashmir -- pushed out to be settled into the future
2. Pakistan accept India's hegemony in South Asia and East of it's border.
3. India accept Pakistan's dominance over Afghanistan and CARs
4. Of course focus on India/Pakistan Trade, etc. etc.

This would give the Pakistani establishment an Afghanistan project -- arguably the Afghans would be better with a Pakistani peace deal too.

malaysia is rich in natural resources, good relations with all neighbors & USA and 30% ethnic Chinese minority. pakistan had none of those.

Mmm, yes and no.

The ethnic Chinese in Malaysia are like the Pakistanis -- Pakistani are very entrepreneurial -- much like the Chinese.
When Pakistan India had open trade -- the trade balance was in favor of Pakistan.

Pakistan is as rich as Malaysia in natural and more importantly human resources
