What kind of intelligence report is this? All cities are vulnerable. They need to be more specific.

Well I don't think they will release a detailed report to media and general public. This may just be to warn the public to be careful.

On a side note, has anyone seen the flag of BLA ? I think we should know who is behind them just by analyzing it.

PS : It seems as if its more than just India involved. Focus your attention to the blue triangle with the sun in the middle.

The "blue traingle with sun in the middle" is exactly like the one in namibian flag.

So is Namibia involved too
