I believe, as long as Pakistan is deemed in full control and possession of her territories, everything has to be previously organized between the 2 countries. I don't believe the Pakistani governement or people are hostile to us and insensitive to our loss and pain. They are going through much of the same. We just have to work patiently sometimes.

You are absolutely right - Iranians are good people and majority of Pakistanis have positive views of them. (Look at any polls - Iran is considered to be a friendly nation in Pakistan and Pakistani People have no hostility towards Iran).It's just few ultra-nationalists on all sides creating problems.
