Terrorist Daesh suspects held over 'plot' to attack Saudi Arabian mosques

Saudi Arabia has carried out several raids against suspected Daesh cells this year
Saudi Arabian security forces have arrested 431 suspected members of the Daesh terrorist group, officials say.

They are accused of plotting suicide attacks on security forces and mosques in various parts of the country.

Most of the suspects are Saudi Arabian citizens, but they also include people from six nationalities, including Yemen and Syria, the interior ministry said.

Saudi Arabia is part of a US-led coalition carrying out air strikes against Daesh terrorists in Syria and Iraq.

In its statement, the interior ministry said the terrorist suspects were planning suicide operations targeting mosques "on every Friday timed with assassinations of security men" in the east.

"Terrorist plots to target a diplomatic mission, security and government facilities" the southern province of Sharurah were also thwarted, the ministry added.

In April, Saudi Arabian authorities said they had arrested 93 IS suspects and foiled planned attacks on targets including the US embassy in Riyadh.

Great job by the intelligence service. The most harsh punishments possible should be handed over to each and one of the suspected terrorists if found guilty.

A total cleanup should occur.

This is one thing you have to give credit to the Saudis for...no BS, no dilly dallying, no second thoughts...show full force of the state on any dissident and any sort of extremist working against the state.

Kudos.

They wont stop due to the fact that they want to establish their state.

second that country what so called saudi is a factory that produce these scums well at least 30 per cent of saudi daesh kind or supporter.

al saud grow up that devil now they have to deal with soon what happening in Iraq, Syria and Egypt will happen in saudi.

God knows that we don't like to see since these scums will target innocents.

Daesh only thrives in failed/war thorn states such as Syria, Iraq, Yemen and now Libya too. Everywhere else they are only capable of launching individual attacks by lone wolfs or small groups. In KSA for instance since Daesh became relevant again (summer of 2012) less than 5 Daesh attacks have occurred in KSA. Despite KSA bordering two major conflict zones directly (Iraq and Yemen) and being located a stone throw away from Syria. That's an incredibly small number and a very, very small success ratio.

"This so called KSA" is on paper an older country than Iraq. In terms of history Arabia and Mesopotamia (which are neighbors and have extremely much in common historically - probably more than any other region outside of nearby Levant and Southwestern Iran).

I don't know where you have invented that number (please educate us all) but rest assured that they are a tiny minority. If what you say is even remotely truth we would see KSA turn into another Iraq.

Before Daesh even existed Sunnis and Shias in KSA never killed each other.

Nothing points to that happening and Al-Saud did neither invent Daesh or jihadism.

The only sensible/correct thing that you have written in that post (poor English too, no offense) is that civilians are always targeted mostly and that's the tragedy. As we saw in Khan Bani Saad on Friday.

Somehow I have a feeling (I hope that I am wrong considering you history as a former refugee in Northern KSA and that no sane Arab should support misery for other Arabs) that you would enjoy civilians being targeted in KSA due to Daesh based on previous interactions on PDF with you! Really hope that I am wrong here, Malik.

There have been no loses of any kind Mahmoud. Just sleeper cells connected to Daesh that were arrested. I think that the intelligence service (or in fact I am sure of that) had been monitoring them for quite some time. According to the news the arrested people were connected to the 2 attacks in the Eastern Province in May and June.

Besides Saudi Arabians, those arrested included Yemenis, Egyptians, Jordanians, Algerians, Nigerians and Chadians. It's the so-called "Wilayat of Najd".

They have minimal presence elsewhere in KSA. It's a reverse situation because for instance 15 of the 9/11 terrorists were almost all exclusively from Southern KSA (basically Yemenis like OBL although he was half Syrian).

Whats wrong with them? :o:

Killing, hurting, vandalizing their own?

It's a terrorist ideology that I cannot relate to at all that makes them capable of even killing their own parents if their cult leaders demanded them to do so. It's seen before. Can't think of any situation from KSA but I recall hearing about it elsewhere. Such people have caught an deadly virus and are drawn to other people with that virus and together they create a toxic mixture. The internet is really the fire here.

I am against totalitarianism by nature but monitoring the internet closely in order to fight such people/prevent them from harming others is crucial.

You know your problem is that you try to not see the truth that
the source of this school is saudi.

No sane one would like to see innocent targeted the way Iraqis targeted on daily bases.

And I believe al saud believe they are save that why they keep supporting these animals!!! but they are surly wrong, my prove is these cells that they disassembled lately.

ان الله يمهل ولا يهمل ولتعلمن نباه بعد حين.

Can you tell me what the "Saudi Arabian school is"?. You do know that Islam originates in what is today KSA (Hijaz is now part of KSA)? Sunni and Shia Islam, Sufism etc.

I am a Shafi'i Sunni Muslim personally (like most people in Hijaz) and we have never hurt anyone in recent times. Militants from Hijaz can be counted on a few hands even to this day!

Find me a single passage from the Hanbali fiqh (did you know that Ahmad ibn Hanbal (ra) was an Iraqi Arab?) that tells Muslims to blow themselves up, rape civilians, take drugs, fight for some Iraqi named Al-Baghdadi and kill non-Hanbalis? I don't know about such an sect.

You have still not provided any sources for your empty claim and the reality on the ground that I described show that I am obviously right.

Find me a source that shows that Al-Saud are supporting Daesh. A serious source with undeniable proof. Not PissTV, Farse news or Al-Alam. Why did the so-called Wikileaks leaks not show this connection? Why has KSA's allies not done anything about this alleged direct support? After all KSA is so, so weak.
Also why would the House of Saud support their mortal enemies that want them dead and the regime gone?

Do you know how much Islamists in KSA and elsewhere hate the House of Saud? Have you not noticed how much Islamists of all nationalities just on PDF hate the House of Saud?

Look, as a person of Iraqi descent and as a person that wants to see Arab unity I do not like to have silly discussions with fellow Arabs especially not on issues that we should be united on such as combating Daesh etc. I don't care or like the House of Saud particularly (it's no secret that I want to see political changes in not only KSA but the Arab world) but I fail to see what wrong they have done here. In fact they have actually arrested over 400 scum not only from KSA but other countries too and I hail that. They have likely prevented innocents from dying, Sunni as Shia as Atheists. I am happy about this.

Ok, no use talking to wahhabi at all and you no difference.

good the amount of lies in the internet is unbelievable

You are either just dumb, trolling or can't understand English. There is nothing called "Wahhabi" and I can troll too and call you an Wilayat al-Faqih worshipper, Rafida or Majoosi. So what? Look at me!

Go argue with an Daesh supporter (I am not one), a Hanbali (I am not one), a Najdi (I am not one) or a pro-House of Saud person (I am not one) somewhere else. You are trying to fight with the wrong person here!! The only thing I am reacting about here is your troll posts against KSA as a country and its people which is a normal thing to do. That's all.

ذو العقل يشقى في النعيم بعقله

I suggest that you seek help.

Sadly we have one user in this very thread following the same pattern and now even throwing rocks/mud at me when countered! The internet is really the king of bullshitting and nonsense.

Lol. come on, Saudi school is monarchy. Hijaz was occupied by the saud military and annexed to the kingdom of saud. while Islam does not approve monarchs so wither saud related to Islam. none of the Islamic school approves monarchs. so it is their kingdom. they used wahabiism to strengthen. wahab+saud.

all what you mean is saud is innocent, takes care of its people, give freedom to its people and does not hire terrorists is that all no one will believe it as all know what saud is doing since decades. Infact fitna is originated by saud and I have my sunni friends who brought bundle of books as gifts from Saudi Hajj telling them shia are Kafir and non muslims. you can also ask yourself as shaafi or hanbali schools does not approve monarchy. by defending monarchy you neither follow shaafi nor hanbali.

You are the biggest Wilayat al-Faqih tool on PDF.

Sunni Islam, Shia Islam and Sufism originates in Hijaz, Arabia, Middle East in what is now today KSA on planet earth. Those are my peoples "schools". Got it?

You are totally clueless about KSA and you do not understand that Hanbalis are a minority in KSA and that the Hanbali fiqh is one of the 4 Sunni madahib.

Funny, you Twelvers or Wilayat al-Faqih drones belief in a monarchical system (look at your beloved Mullah's in Iran) and in power being transformed due to lineage. Basically how monarchies work.

Indeed, KSA is one of the most developed countries in the Muslim world (top 3) and the rulers do more for the people than most rulers in other Muslim countries although the current status quo is far from perfect yet and needs reform.

You too are either dumb, trolling or you don't understand English. Read what I am actually writing. If I am writing too long posts then don't comment on them when you clearly don't read them!

People can believe in whatever they want to as long as they don't harm people. I don't agree with the Twelver school of Islam either. No Sunni Muslim does (85-90% of all the world's Muslims).

Checkmate and don't bother to reply. Stick to topic or leave. Nor am I interested in a religious discussion. They are BANNED on PDF in case you do not know.

Didn't I say no use, all of whabi are one copy.

look at these channels that spread hate 24/7 wisal channel safa channel and so on many like them all these channels supported by your al saud do you know that or not.

Do you know in saudi they have counselor of Ifta'a all wahabis do you know their top scholar is wahabi.

Do you know that based to wahabi every Muslim that is not wahabi is Kafir that means if you are really not wahabi you're to them is kafir.

Have you heard them say the word ( Mowahid ) to them it means one thing they are the wahabis we are not ( Mowahideen ).

All Asha'aris kuffar all maturidees are Kuffar let alone shiite that means all shafi'e, Maleki, and Hanafi all kuffar period.

So using your logic over 2/3 of Saudi Arabia's population is "kuffar". Good to know.:omghaha::crazy: I think that you should stop trolling and stop destroying this thread.

@Full Moon @Frosty @azzo @Bubblegum Crisis

Also you still do not understand that religious debate is banned on PDF and that this thread has nothing to do with what you are blabbering about of nonsense. Find a fellow troll to debate with.

This thread is about terrorist Daesh sleeper cells being destroyed.
