yes we need it to diffrentiate against the land of Hooligans and to stick to the principals of "Nyayo Parmodharma" and let the cases be decided by the judiciary not by the security forces.

Dude i dont say that our soldiers should risk out everything just to catch them alive but in fact should just try to get them alive if possible.

Its nothing like government does not care but government plays its own diplomatic cards to get the max out of the situation.

The procedures are followed when it is required in circumstances and above countries are no exception including India.

Yes, all democracies do. As far the US goes, see ' Underwear bomber", Shoe Bomber, Time Square bomber, David Headley etc etc..all in civilian trails or military tribunals ( still get duo process)

Regardless ,we should never measure ourselves in this matter against others. Others did not fight - millions of Indians did not die in vain for us to walk away from democracy and a civil society.

LOL who said wikileaks is evidence. Its internal comunication of what the US diplomats thought about various incidents across the world. Yes, the mumbai episode was vehemently propogated by Pakistan govenment with denial. When evidence surfaced your governemnt retracted the claims. Now the focus is not where it is planned. Its beyond doubt in Pakistan. The focus and contention between the India and Pakistan is who did it within Pakistan.

Wikileaks relevation shows the americans also had bought into your propoganda untill they were given access to Ajmal Kasab.

Please check the title. It says Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist, and unfortunately pakistan hosts hizbul mujahideen, should therefore take the blame. In the future if it functions from china, we would blame the chinese then. But, chinese are more concerned about becoming super power than hosting terrorists.

If it is an "insider's job", Why did the Pakistani government took the blame and said it was perpetrated by non state actors in Pakistan.
