you have the death plenty in India but besides that you must think with a farsighted view my brother. Kasab being caught alive, being prosecuted in a democratic judicial system, has alleviated India in the world's eye and more importantly has proven without a shadow of doubt where this attack came from.

You kill many infiltrators at the borders, but a live one captured shows / helps India way more than debating if the dead was truly a foreign infiltrator.

This is not just a exercise of quick justice but rather of having the world's opinion in your favor too. Everyday Kasab is in the news and treated fairly in India's judicial system, is everyday people of commonsense worldwide are reminded about 26/11.

Finally, India is civil society yeah? It is a democratic society, yeah? its not a dictatorship and barbaric society, yeah? You have rights in such a society, yeah? Then why should India give up what millions of Indians died for- in India's history, to only turn into a dictatorship ? why should you allow a few to change the fabric of the Indian society, heritage and constitution?

we/ anyone will never convince nor should we continue to try to. you will always believe that 911 was a CIA/ Mossad deal. 26/11 was a RAW doing... there is just no strain of common sense and logic in your way of thinking. I'm sorry to say so BUT...

yes we need it to diffrentiate against the land of Hooligans and to stick to the principals of "Nyayo Parmodharma" and let the cases be decided by the judiciary not by the security forces.

look not everybody has a grasp of the English language and I don't mean to be rude to him. but you can't have a discussion with the pakistanistudent guy- he takes my saying his opinion is in the minority on the world's stage" as me calling_ Pakistanis a minority group. go figure...

I have no clue where he gets info saying wikileaks was inside job UNLESS of course he referring to the now defunct and falsifying of Wikileaks releases- that was found to be altered by some sources in Pakistan.

So my advice as above- check my signature and let him enjoy his mind trip.
