All minority institutes run like this,,,whats wrong in it??
Convent schools are known for their high standard of education,i see nothing wrong

Just because religious bigotry and discrimination has been practised for long, it does not make it right.

If this was a Brahmin Management school with high standards of education but which do not hire dalits you would have suddenly seen plenty wrong with it.

IF this was a case of discrimination against Dalits by upper caste Hindus, EVERYBODY would have seen the bigotry and would have made it a point to denigrate Hinduism, Hindus and India.

Strangely even after 50 pages, NOT ONE christian has stood up and said the bigotry and discrimination practiced by xtian management school is wrong.

Even the most avowed "secular' here is busy trying to justify this bigotry.

Worst is the silence on this matter by the rest of them. That silence is more deafening than the silly protests by xtina bigots here.

None so blind as those who choose not to see. So continue to see nothing wrong in it.

Before the implementation of school service commission a board appointed by RKM recruited teachers. I have seen teachers from different faith in my school those days.

These are "Missions" i.e. Missionary school. The Mission being to spread the word of Ramakrishna.

Vast majority of xtian management schools are are not Missionary schools. Their mission is not to spread the word of jesus, but to provide education.

There is NO comparison.

In any case, where is the proof that xtian's and muslims teachers are not employed by Ramakrishna Mission ?

Even RKMs have the mission to provide quality education, and when did I say the schools are exclusively Hindu? Are the Christian schools exclusively employ Christians? But the ratio is skewed in both the cases in comparison to the local demography.

I am not sure if RKM falls into a "Hindu" school category as its administrative structure is quite secular. There is a fundamental difference between organizations like Bharat Sevashram Sangh and RKM as the former is more rigid in its Hindutva principles which is reflected in their recruitment policies too I suppose.

He is not bashing malayalis. He is just bashing their "secularism." Also as I found out he is pretty much a secular himself in the true sense of the word when he actually stated that he would like the constitution as it is, but only an acknowledgement by "establishment seculars" that we are an Hindu nation.
