Tejas aircraft deficient in at least 100 technical parameters

why to build fighting plane? waste of money. should be banned all over the world

. .
Now hold your popcorn for the comments ....

BS article .... Indian Journalist know nothing ..... No worries, TEJAS experience will help us build AMCA .... Tejas MK2 will be a super duper, if not so then MK3  ..... NLCA will be superior to all .... After all TEJAS is our pride .... etc. etc.

:omghaha:
:omghaha::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:

I guess your airforce do not even know 100 parameters

Sure and thats why we have got 2 ready squads of our aircraft build decade after u had first started yr own.:omghaha:

. .
Cry me a river guys. No one has ever said designing, testing and building an advanced 4.5++ multi-role fighter with little to no prior such experience was going to be easy.

If it was easy, everyone would do it.

I think it's pretty outrageous for certain members here to keep going on about India's so-called "failed projects". It is the realm of the ignorant and uninspired who attack those who try and have ambition.

The program has still got a while to go, no one is saying any different!

another teaser added. This statement from thread was for engine isues only not for those complex technical issues.

"Your" aircraft?

Nice to spot a budding orator in Pakinternetese.

Obviously its ours even chinese say its Pakistan's project. LOL

These reactions are also based on a potent mixture of disinformation and misinformation. They need to hear that these projects are failing.

U do realize that its yr own media's article LOL

Dont try to act too smart again.

And when the Chinese said that, guess what they said to express complete solidarity with their all whether friends?

Right: LOL.

Hmmm From Start we said it joint venture, right??
Those made by Kamra r with us, right??
And those r now 40= official n 50 unofficial right?? (go through jft thread)
and if u read the Chinese members in the same thread they make a point clear that as its Pak's project so Chinese r not soo keen for its sale and they want their own F-7 to offer for those r interested in that because money they will get is 100% n in the other its less then 50% as Pak's contribution there is 58:42.

So a little know how is better then staying in Dark.

ooooooooooooo...... that must have hurt!

no it hasnt read my post 53

LOL....

That crack me up!

By the way, these lines are also from the same article.

Though the experts are hopeful that these issues would be resolved by the end of 2013,

in the above comparison, except tejas and jas 39, all the four are single engine medium multirole fighter. not a light combat aircraft.and comparison is nonsense. most of the data's in that pic is wrong and bull$hi*.
these comparison is not made by me its made by hongkong based defence media

.
may be you are right general.
but being an observer i can feel that hype. an example is latest indian 1st ever cruise missile which was failed in test, i can show you reports of indian media before the test, in which they are not only comparing that missile with Chinies and Pak cruise missile but also calling it superior to Pakistani taimoor and Babar series of cruise missile. and ultimately after few hours same news host and report and experts were finding excuses of that failure .. so that actually what indian media does.
show us......

.
We don't want to make a fighter plane which we scare to use and sell it to others to use it :D

We will fix all the problems and learn from mistakes.....dont forget we are developing a system for future here.....it is very similar to ISRO...they miserably failed initially but now their success is in front of whole world...

Dont bother about enemies who will always be looking for failure in your success.....

Chinese media is just as moronic as ours.. try to avoid them if you can(just like I avoid ours as much as I can due to funny technological data)..they never post articles based on technical details, only on hype(though I don't blame them as they don't get much details of their defence equipments)

.
They might be a little idiotic in reporting but they never hide failures. In the said event the report if failure were published within few hours.
You can't say that for our neighbours. Not going in details. And there is no harm in comparing. Your whole nation try to compare itself with India in every field.
LOL prove it kiddo
Thing i that we only announce abt a missile or other defense equipment when we r satisfied by its performance. Not like u.
Do u even know This same missile yr talking abt ie babur was tested some 400 times in different ways/weather before its final test for public in 2005.

Well, if the Pakistanis can claim that JF-17 is "their" plane, I suppose Su-30 MKI, jaguar, mig 21 etc are all Indian aircrafts. Because they were designed by others and manufactured in India. We have as much to do with MKI as Pakistan has to do with JF-17.

You do realize that the JF-17 did all its first test flights in CHina, after being designed by the Chinese, and then thrown to Pakistan, right? It was called CAC FC-1 Xiaolong ("Vigorous dragon") at that time. But it wasn't vigorous enough for the dragon's air force, so they let Pakistan keep it and call it thunder.

On the contrary, Tejas is being developed in India, doing all its test flights in India. So it will take time to develop, since it is the first 4th gen airplane being designed and developed by India. We don't have the luxury of renaming a Chinese development and calling it ours. If we had gotten some foreign country to do all the test flights, I'm sure we could have "developed" it faster.

Meanwhile our only real enemy's air force is puny compared to ours, so we have the luxury of taking our time. And we have lots of capable fighters, this Tejas is only expected to fulfill our lower end needs, and not expected to be the backbone of our fleet, like JF-17 is for you.
