The spokesperson of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan Jamat-Ul- Ahrar (TTPJA) has issued an open threat to Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. Even as PM Modi condemned the terror attack on the Pakistan side of Wagah Border which he called a dastardly attack of terrorism, Ehsanullah Ehsan issued an open threat.
PM Modi said – Terror attack in Pakistan near Wagah Border is shocking. I strongly condemn such a dastardly act of terrorism.
While Ehsanullah Ehsan said – @narendramodi @RabiaAnumm You are the killer of hundreds of Muslims. We wl take the revenge of innocent people of Kashmir amd Gugrat.
Formation of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar as a splinter group from the Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan (TTPJA) was announced in August 2014. The group is led by former commanders of the Tehrik-E-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), such as Ehsanullah Ehsan, who was the former spokesman of the parent group and Omar Khorasani, a senior leader. According to the Tracking Terrorism group, the splinter group refers to internal differences with the TTP and refocusing on the objective of creating an Islamic state as reasons for its formation. The new group is comprised of four of the seven tribal districts bordering Pakistan and Afghanistan, namely Mohmand, Bajaur, Khyber, and Arakzai.
Interestingly, these terror groups find killing of millions of Muslims in frequent terror attacks in Pakistan as a justified means while a certain degree of friction between two communities India, which has not even been a persistent issue irks them. Globally It has been accepted by most peace loving Muslims that India provides the maximum freedom to followers of Islam and does not interfere either in their belief systems nor practices.
Moreover, there has been a big segment of Muslims who have voted for BJP and Narendra Modi. Rather, those who have been claiming to be so-called protectors of Muslims, like Congress have been brushed aside and almost facing political extinction.
People like Ehsan are actually not interested in development and progress as can be seen from the violence-torn Pakistan. They themselves have no intent of delivering prosperity to masses nor can they witness others prospering. But the difference between Pakistan and India is that the former meekly witnesses their heinous acts but the latter, with its strong democratic foundations, will not only reject them, rather crush them out politically.
