As there are like 20 days to the countdown towards the independence day of Pakistan, I thought we should look back as to what gave this great nation of ours its launching platform.

Accumulating from various sources:

Pakistan Movement or Tehrik-e-Pakistan (Urdu: تحریک پاکستان) was the struggle carried out by the Muslims of British India to create a separate homeland.

This struggle was led by the Muslim League and resulted in the partition of the British Empire in India. The movement was led by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, along with such leaders as Allama Iqbal, Liaqat Ali Khan, Fatima Jinnah, Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy, A.K. Fazlul Huq, and Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar among the many others.

24th March 1841 Nawab Viqar-ul-Mulk born, who was named Mushtaq Hussain
10 May 1857 War of Independance started in Bengal by indian soldiers against British.
1858 AD Soon after independance war, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan started Aligarh Movement.
1866 AD Deoband Movement along with Aligarh movement was also started by Haji Muhammad Abid and Maulana Muhammad Yaqub
14th April 1866 Deoband Madrasah started functioning under leadership of Maulana Muhammad Yaqub

• June 30, 1947, The people of Balauchistan, overwhelmingly voted to join
