I can never agree with a marriage contract that lasts an hour or two ….!!
No matter if you can justify the above contract, I personally will call it legally twisted prostitution.

Agree with you on that one,that's a legalized form of prostitution.
Though mostly that type of short term marriage doesn't exist in Muslims.Specially in pakistan where majority are sunni Muslims.
That short term nikkah is called nikkah muttah which is practiced by shia Muslims mostly from Iran. Here it's not widespread amongst shia Muslims ,though not sure about shia,s living in India.

She should have bought sanskari jeans from Baba Ramdev store. That would have prevented her death.

India getting as convoluted, degenerates as it gets...

The Hindutvadis minds are hardwired differently, can't reason and allow dissent and critique. Cannot accept the differences, India is now on a trajectory of abysmally low human values and social indicators.

Just check how Muslims are lynched as sports for beef related food choices...and killed and lynched after chants of Jai Shree Ram, not a single incidence of Hindu lynching is reported in Pakistan.
