There is noticeable difference between the toilet and the r*p* issue. "toilet" is an issue that has been widely acknowledged within and beyond Indian audience. However, it seems to me that my Indian friends, esp those from here at PDF, are desperately denying the peculiarly high crime rate of gang r*p* along with fierce voilence and excruciating physical body injuries. Consequently, the more you guys deny, the more reports are surfacing.....
Maybe honesty is the best policy. Face the inconvenient truth other than wish them away, the r*p* will stop like the toilet.

The violence bit says the these rapes are not all about sex. There must be some perverse pleasure taken by these males when they inflict such pain. As example we can look at the December 2012 Delhi case.
