Good initiative, IT sector is low investment high return sector, not much of capital is required to start with service oriented business. If education levels are improved and youth see's icons via this kind of program's they will be encouraged to take steps. This is turn could help Pakistan to develop and chanelize the youths energy in right direction.

They can learn a lot from India's growth story in IT field and how it changed the entire country.
