Indian agencies atleast claim they have given the proof (and one can see some credence in that since some of the people accused by India are being tried by Pakistan and the one left out has anyway been designated as a terrorist by USA, and UNSC based on that evidence).

As far as Indian involvement in Balochistan is concerned, last I heard, Pakistan's interior minister is still waiting for the right time to present that evidence (by his own admission)..
