Rare picture of a tank project between Iran and Ukraine in the early 90s. The project was to mount a T-80UD turret on a T-72 chassis with a 6TD diesel engine. The project ended after Ukraine withdrew due to US pressures.

Hmmm interesting design T-80UD turret on T-72 turret, seems like resemble to T-90
