Its a Scania, you can see it in the picture, just the trailer bit probably made by Hema industries.

Indeed, design is Scania's. BMC of Turkey can produce vehicles like this but SSM wants to improve companies like Hema for competition in local markets. Also Hema/Scania consortium offered better price.
