Talking of LOTR, they must do better in the next Hobbit movie. The previous one ended with the dragon putting mokka for 30minutes towards the end. Totally messed up.

Student. Last year of my management degree (marketing) next year.

Not actually...
Its only a recent trend(after the grand success of film'Chandramukhi in 2005)..
His old movies budget were far less expensive(few exceptions) compared to Kamalhassan and even many then Vijayakanth,some Arjun movies...His old movies were mainly revolves around typical Factory worker,village man,autowala ,didn't needed much budget or cost...
Rajni films=business,profit..Not always..Rajni movies like baba(2002) and kuselan(2008) were boxoffice disasters..Recent film 'kochadaiyan'is only an average..
