As I mentioned earlier, how come there were no escort vehicles in front or even behind the vehicle? Aren't road opening/road securing procedures being adopted? No SOPs for VIP movement? For God's sake that was a divisional commander of the rank of Maj Gen who was on the move! And he was traveling all alone like a Rambo without any protection in an insurgency-hit area? I can't believe this.

As they say, caution is the better part of valor. It seems few follow this wise dictum!

THe MAjor was Moving through Contested territory , it was definitely not cleared or cordoned off , how else would they be able to document the video with such clarity.
